VII. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Suministros Beni, S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the user’s domicile for any disputes that may arise from the provision of the website service and its content, or from the interpretation, application, fulfillment, or breach of these terms.
In the event the user resides outside of Spain, Suministros Beni, S.L. and the user, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the courts and tribunals of VIGO (Spain).
